43. Living⁴ was born in 1960 in Ha Matholoana, Berea, Lesotho.⁴ He attended Bethanie Primary School in Ha Matholoana, Berea, Lesotho in 1965.⁴ He attended Christ the King High School in Roma, Maseru, Lesotho in 1976.⁴

A living couple were married in 1987.⁴ Living⁴ (daughter of Living and Mafane Tsoaeli) was born in 1968.⁴ Living and Living had the following children:
